Tha Clip, aka Clippa Duh Dam Gorilla, also affectionately called T.C. or Clip by his followers and fans, is a producer, writer, singer, rapper, engineer, and actor born in the Bay Area of California (Hayward). T.C was raised in Stockton and spent the remainder of his adolescence between the Bay Area and the Central Valley.

He released a group album while enlisted in the U.S. Navy, which received extensive foreign and domestic club rotation from Dubai to Guam; the album also received supportive peer reviews. Shortly after being discharged, Clip captivated Northern and Southern California FM/satellite radio listeners with Bay Area enthused songs like “Remedial, Gorilla Baby and Milli Dollaz.” His records were aired and rotated on stations 102.5 KSFM, 97.7 KWIN, and Jelly Radio.

He later relocated to Southern California and landed an internship at Stevie Wonder’s 102.3 Radio Free K.J.L.H radio station. While learning from the best in the industry and honing his style as a producer, Clip signed a distribution deal with Island Def Jam and released his album “Cali Pa$$ion.” He kept his momentum musically, added to his resume, and took on acting auditions that placed him on Emmy award-winning television shows like Cristina Perez’ (Justice for All). He also made multiple appearances on networks like MTV, C.B.S. and VH1.

In 2019, Clip released his long-awaited album, “F.R.E.E. S.W.A.G.”; The album gained support from satellite radio stations, adoring fans, and online listeners. He is now back to give the world more music, and Bay Area vibes with his new single and E.P., “Barbie Girls.” His latest E.P. includes four hot songs that are repolished on his album, “T.C. ‘22,” which will consist of incomparable jams with his signature style and soon-to-be classic quotable lyrics.
